Steam distilled from the leaves and stems of Mentha spicata, Spearmint is a great option for people who enjoy minty aromas but find Peppermint a little too intense.
It blends especially well with Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint. Try it with Lemon for a bright, fresh combination, Lavender for something softer, or Peppermint when you want to build a layered mint blend.
