Grapefruit oil benefits include enhancing a sense of energy, helping to manage stressful and anxious feelings, and helping to manage feelings of discomfort experienced from stiffness and aches when applied topically within a carrier oil dilution.

This product is made from 100% Pure Grapefruit oil sourced from Italy and is extracted from oil glands in the peel of the fruit through the process of cold expression. There are no preservatives, additives, or dilutions. It is cruelty free, MADE SAFE® Certified, and vegan. It comes in a glass bottle with a drip dispenser for easy use inside a recyclable carton.

Directions: Add a few drops to an essential oil diffuser or spray mister with water. Dilute to 3% in a carrier oil if used for bath or body applications. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 3-4 years after opening.

CAUTIONS
Essential oils are concentrated and potent.  For external use only. Dilute to 3% in a carrier oil (i.e. argan, jojoba, olive, coconut) for topical use. May irritate skin. If irritation occurs, flush affected area with a carrier oil and discontinue use.  Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children & pets. Not recommended for use for children under 8 yrs old. Do not apply to or near the face of infants or young children. Consult a qualified physician or health care provider before use if you are pregnant, on medication or have a medical condition.
