Lavender oil is likely one of the most well-known and versatile essential oils used in aromatherapy. It can be used to promote relaxation, relieve anxiety and depression, calm an upset stomach, and reduce menstrual cramps. Bulgarian lavender has a rich floral scent that is often found to be sweeter, more mellow, and less camphoraceous than other types. Used in a diffuser, lavender oil is one of the best natural remedies to improve mental well-being and mood. When diluted to 3% with a carrier oil and used topically, lavender oil can also be an effective antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent.

This product is made from 100% Lavender oil which is steam distilled from the flowers of the plant and sourced in Bulgaria. There are no preservatives, additives, or dilutions. It is cruelty free, MADE SAFE® Certified, and vegan. It comes in a glass bottle with a drip dispenser for easy use inside a recyclable carton.

Directions: Add a few drops to an essential oil diffuser or spray mister with water. Dilute to 3% in a carrier oil if used for bath or body applications. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 3-4 years after opening.

CAUTIONS
Essential oils are concentrated and potent.  For external use only. Dilute to 3% in a carrier oil (i.e. argan, jojoba, olive, coconut) for topical use. May irritate skin. If irritation occurs, flush affected area with a carrier oil and discontinue use.  Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children & pets. Not recommended for use for children under 8 yrs old. Do not apply to or near the face of infants or young children. Consult a qualified physician or health care provider before use if you are pregnant, on medication or have a medical condition.
